SELECTION OF PROJECT EXPERIENCE

1981 - 1992.  A multitude of small to medium sized T & RS electronics projects for Regional Railways, Trainload Freight, Network South East, Railfreight Distribution, Inter City and their predecessors.  Included design and development of purpose built test equipment and writing train, depot and laboratory test specifications.

1988 - Present.  Managing and performing literally hundreds of short duration environmental test engineering projects.  “Environmental” is largely vibration and electrical interference, the test items are mostly T & RS electrical and electronics equipment submitted for testing by UK and international manufacturers.

CAREER HISTORY

1981 - present: Electronics Engineer then Engineer with The British Railways Board / BR Research / AEA Technology Rail.
